In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with merchants (online and offline). The scope of the role will be pan-India. We are looking to onboard a results-driven person who is passionate about the way slice can work with partners to enable rapid growth and scale.
You will be part of a high-performing team that works cross-functionally with product, engineering, risk, legal, marketing and operations teams to develop new capabilities and improve user experience.
Build and execute initiatives and roadmaps to increase user engagement via partnerships
Make slice the payment instrument of choice for millennials by launching offers across relevant categories
Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
identify the right set of partners who can contribute to the slice growth story, onboard them for long-term and short-term engagements
Drive meaningful growth for merchants via slice innovations
Design and launch campaigns that boost visibility of slice across merchants and help users discover great offers
Build a sustainable growth plan centered on rewards and offers.
3-4 years of experience in business development/key account management/consultative selling (1-2 years or more in the payments/consumer lending/credit cards industry is an added advantage!)
Comfort in working under ambiguous situations and have first-principles thinking
A user and product focussed mindset
Business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability
An affinity for high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures
Experience with database management and knowledge of SQL, R, etc. is an added advantage!
