- Full cycle recruitment - Source and recruit talent through sourcing, networking, direct approach, referrals etc
- Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.
- Serve as an internal consultant by conducting training, coaching interviewers and making sure were following consistent recruiting processes to bring the best candidates on board.
- Come up with recruiting and staffing strategies.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of prior experience in hiring for startups/product based companies
- A tremendous ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally.
- An overwhelming desire to find innovative ways to bring in top-tier talent.
